⇒ Installation:
The tent can be mounted on any vehicle with two crossbars or a roof rack (platform). If the rack has a raised frame higher than its base, an extra bar may be needed at frame level to prevent the tent from dropping inside the rack.
The tent’s mounting brackets are adjustable along its long side, allowing adaptation to the spacing of the crossbars or roof rack slats.
Attachment to the bars is done with 8 bolts and 4 flat plates forming 4 clamps – two per bar.
Minimum bar spacing is half the tent length – for the 160 cm tent: 80 cm; for the 190 cm tent: 95 cm.
⇒ Setup is quick and requires little effort:
- Unclip the two latches on the tent edge
- Gently push the lid upwards, letting the gas struts lift it fully
- Fully extend the ladder
- Use the ladder as a lever to open the tent floor and support it
- Insert the poles supporting the window awnings and entrance rainfly
