Where to keep a first aid kit in a 4x4

A first aid kit should be within reach, not buried under luggage at the bottom of a box. A rip-away pouch can be attached to a MOLLE panel on a seat back or door – one pull and it is in your hand without undoing the mount. After buying, check the contents, add any medication you need and review dressing expiry dates every season. An emergency blanket and light sticks are useful after a breakdown at night, when you are waiting for help outside the vehicle.

For camping trips also pack something from Insect repellents.
