Driving with the doors off

On the Wrangler JK and JL the factory mirrors bolt to the doors, so with tube doors you need mirrors mounted on the door frame or hinges – mirrors are required for driving on public roads. Store removed doors in padded bags to protect paint and seals from scratches. ABS mouldings usually fix with double-sided tape: degrease the surface first and fit them above freezing. Soft top windows are in Vehicle Windows.
