The tie rod end is a right-hand threaded end designed for the passenger side of the MetalCloak Jeep JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Drag Link.
Features include: Passenger side tie rod end Right-hand thread Anti-Flop feature 1-ton tie rod ends Specific to JL/JT OE taper Sealed boot All necessary hardware Easy installation The Drag Link tie rod ends have factory fit with OE taper and locking nut, found in double-adjustable 1-ton forged and heat-treated tie rod ends, providing additional strength exactly where needed and are designed to control steering misalignment to prevent Drag Link flop. Sealed with durable rubber grease boots, the ends can be easily serviced using Zerk fittings.
The Drag Link tie rod ends are designed with the MetalCloak Anti-Flop feature. The Anti-Flop feature provides a full range of side-to-side movement, ensuring smooth steering when articulating extreme Jeep suspension travel, while a limited range of "front-to-back" movement is built into the tie rod end and eliminates the possibility of shifting to allow for tie rod end flop.
Note: MetalCloak recommends having a suspension specialist align the Jeep after MetalCloak suspension installation.
