Premium disconnects are made from 1" x .25 wall steel, providing a stronger and more stable end link connection compared to standard links. The disconnects feature machined flat key holes and are double adjustable for easy micro-adjustments.
The quick disconnect rod ends have precision ground, hard chrome spherical rod ends made from carbon steel with a self-lubricating liner, providing increased rigidity and significantly longer life compared to bushings in end links.
End links come with a sturdy, laser-cut 3/8" bracket, allowing easier access to thick 3/4" mounting pins and attachment points.
Disconnects come with 4130 chromoly steel mounting pins, quick-release sway bar pins, a swivel disconnect bolt plate, and securing straps to secure the sway bar and end links to the frame during driving.
MetalCloak premium disconnects are bolt-on and fit without the need for cutting. Front sway bar disconnects are designed to work with the 3.5-inch MetalCloak suspension.
