Front axle reinforcement kit for Dana 44 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon 2007-2018. The reinforcements for the front axle DANA 44 and steering knuckles are welded from the top on the axle tubes, connecting with the massive axle head housing and externally supporting the spring bases. This creates a rigid and compact structure. The external components, once welded to the steering knuckles, protect them from bending. Additionally, the kit includes an HD trackbar mount welded and bolted to the original mount and axle tube. It raises the factory panhard mounting point upwards. The kit also includes an HD steering damper socket, allowing for its installation above the steering linkage. Furthermore, the component has a 50 mm upward shift of the stabilizer link mount (also includes the left side mount for welding). The kit also includes HD lower control arm mounts to be welded in place of the original ones, with the ability to adjust the control arm mounting point height and an integrated lower arm guard. Made of 5 mm and 6 mm thick structural steel sheet. Supplied raw, unpainted, for welding. Weight approx. 11.4 kg.

In vehicles with a 2.8 CRD version without suspension lift or less than 3 inches, some of the welded reinforcement under the engine oil pan must be removed to avoid collision with the reinforcement at full suspension compression.
