OSRAM ROADsight PRO 30 combines a front dash camera and a rear camera with GPS, HDR, a G-Sensor, a 3-inch IPS display and parking functions. Its 12/24 V compatibility makes it suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, pickups, campers and many commercial vehicles.
When using the front camera on its own, the available resolution settings include 1296p, 1080p and 720p. With both front and rear cameras recording at the same time, the OSRAM manual specifies 1080p + 1080p.
Video is stored in MOV format using H.264 encoding. Loop recording can be set to 1, 3 or 5-minute segments. Sound recording, date and time stamping and GPS-related information are also supported.
The integrated GPS records location and speed-related data. The G-Sensor can lock a recording when triggered, while HDR is designed to improve image clarity in scenes with strong contrast.
Parking mode allows the unit to react when sudden movement or an impact is detected. A time-lapse parking option is also available. Parking functions requiring permanent power should be used with the hardwire installation connected correctly.
ROADsight PRO 30 supports Class 10 microSD cards with a maximum capacity of 128 GB. The card slot has a lockable cover intended to help prevent unwanted access or accidental removal of the storage card.
The camera is designed for 12–24 V DC vehicle systems with conversion to 5 V DC. The camera connection uses USB-C. OSRAM specifies a supercapacitor rather than a conventional internal rechargeable battery.
The camera uses a 3M adhesive windscreen mount. OSRAM lists the OHWK3500 hardwire kit, a USB power cable and a trim removal tool among the supplied equipment.
The hardwire installation uses GND, ACC and VCC connections. Vehicle-specific piggy-back fuse connectors and suitable 5 A fuses are not supplied and may be required for installation.

A microSD card is not explicitly confirmed by OSRAM as part of the supplied accessories, so a compatible Class 10 card should be prepared separately unless the retailer confirms otherwise.
The use of dash cameras and recorded footage may be subject to privacy, personal-rights and data-protection regulations. Requirements vary between countries. The camera must also be installed where it does not obstruct the driver's view or interfere with an airbag deployment area.
