Spare wheel mount for NISSAN PATROL GU4 car dedicated to F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first laser cut, then bent on a press brake, and the proper shape is achieved during manual finishing. The next step is corrosion protection involving the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance. The wheel mount relieves the rear doors and is useful in case the car has large diameter wheels. Thanks to the solid mounting construction, it does not transfer vibrations and sounds inside the car. The wheel mount opens together with the rear doors.
