OSRAM LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 NXT (LEDSL107) is a rechargeable magnetic warning light producing an orange 360° signal that OSRAM states is visible from up to 1,000 m away. OSRAM LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 NXT LEDSL107 is a compact rechargeable warning light designed to increase the visibility of a stationary vehicle during a breakdown or roadside incident. Its orange 360° warning signal is produced by 18 LEDs and, according to OSRAM, can be visible from up to 1,000 m away.
The TA20 NXT produces an orange 360° warning signal with a specified colour temperature of 2,000 K. OSRAM states that the signal can be visible from up to 1,000 m. This figure describes warning-signal visibility and must not be confused with road-illumination range or a 1-lux beam distance.
The product is TA20 approved under §53a of the German StVZO regulations. OSRAM states that use in other EU countries remains subject to the applicable national legislation.
For use in Poland, the TA20 NXT should be treated as an additional warning device. It does not replace the statutory warning triangle and vehicle hazard-warning requirements applicable to a breakdown or accident. OSRAM's instructions specify use on a stationary vehicle and require the light to be switched off before driving continues.
The built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery has a nominal voltage of 3.7 V and an energy rating of 9.62 Wh. The official product data states a runtime of more than 15 hours. Charging is via USB-C, and an integrated low-battery indicator provides advance warning when the charge level is low.
This is a self-contained warning light and does not require a 12/24 V lighting harness, relay or fuse for normal operation. OSRAM does not publish LEDSL107 lamp wattage, charging current or luminous flux in the verified product data, so figures from earlier ROAD FLARE versions should not be used.

Fit the light as high as practical on a suitable magnetic surface of the stationary vehicle. Check the mounting surface first on vehicles with aluminium, plastic or composite body panels. The OSRAM instructions also warn that the magnet should be kept away from electronic medical implants and magnetic data-storage devices.
Does the TA20 NXT replace a warning triangle in Poland?
No. It should be presented as an additional warning device; Polish breakdown-warning requirements still apply.
