The OSRAM LEDinspect PRO TORCH 800 LEDIL431 is a rechargeable LED inspection torch designed for workshop, garage and outdoor use. It produces 800 lm on High and features an adjustable zoom that changes the beam from a wide Flood pattern to a focused Spotlight.

Beam pattern and practical use

The adjustable head allows the beam focus to be changed continuously. The Flood setting is useful when a larger work area needs to be illuminated, while the focused Spotlight helps direct light towards a smaller or more distant target.

Approval and use

The LEDinspect PRO TORCH 800 is a handheld inspection torch rather than an exterior vehicle lamp. OSRAM lists CE, EMC, MSDS, ROHS and UKCA for this product but does not declare an ECE road-lighting approval for the LEDIL431.

Construction

The torch features an aluminium body with a rubberised grip and an IP44 protection rating. Product dimensions are 36 × 36 × 178 mm and weight is 203 g.
