With the Garmin PowerSwitch™ digital control relay, you can control all 12V-powered devices installed on board your vehicle. The relay has 6 outputs, and each can carry a current of up to 30 amps.
This relay can handle devices such as strip lights, sound signals, air compressors, differential locks, and activate many other useful vehicle functions. The compact, weather-resistant module (IPX7 waterproof rating) is easy to install and does not require drilling holes in the dashboard to mount switches.
Instead, functions can be activated through a compatible Garmin navigation device or from a smartphone screen, allowing convenient control of all systems directly from a touchscreen device. There is also the option to group devices so that they all start with a single button press or control lights by flashing or dimming them. When the relay is connected to the Tread navigation system, dedicated to powersports, it can also be configured to automatically activate specific functions based on vehicle speed or time of day.
