Nikwax SoftShell Proof Spray-On can be easily and quickly applied during machine washing, and high durability hydrophobicity (DWR) is achieved during air drying. There is no longer a need to dry clothing in a tumble dryer, saving energy and protecting delicate, older clothing from hot air exposure. Nikwax SoftShell Proof Spray-On is specially designed and optimized for breathable soft shell clothing: it leaves a flexible hydrophobic layer on individual fibers, allowing moisture vapors to escape outward, maintaining breathable properties.
