Ceramic coating and materials
The cookware uses an aluminium body with a ceramic non-stick cooking surface. GSI also specifies Nylon 6-6 and silicone among the materials used. According to GSI's current cookware disclosure, its cookware is manufactured without intentionally added PFAS, including PTFE coatings on food-contact surfaces.

Use and safety
The manufacturer specifies stovetop use for the cookware. It must not be used in a microwave, conventional oven or directly over an open campfire. Do not allow the cookware to boil dry and do not rapidly cool hot cookware.
The strainer lid is not intended for frying or use with hot oil or grease. Before lifting a pot or pan, make sure the folding gripper is fully extended and correctly locked into place.
Care
Hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended, followed by thorough drying before storage. Avoid abrasive cleaners and use heat-resistant nylon or silicone utensils to help protect the non-stick surface.
