Box roof rack More 4x4 dedicated to Nissan Navara D40 double cab version.
Its construction consists of two spatial crossbars made of 2mm steel, steel mounting brackets, 6mm thick aluminum side elements of the rack, and a set of stainless steel screws for self-assembly of the rack.
The rack is not mounted to the factory railings as they are too weak in this Nissan model. The rack is mounted by installing 8 rivet nuts inside the vehicle's roof gutters (included in the set). This is undoubtedly the strongest point on the Nissan roof, providing a solid mounting base for the box rack More 4x4.
The crossbars of the rack are equipped with holes for mounting, for example, a rooftop tent.
On the front of the roof rack, there is a place for mounting front vehicle lighting in the form of long-range halogens or LED panels with a maximum width of 110cm. There are also mounting points for four dedicated work lights (BA006) mounted inside the rear and side parts of the rack. This solution protects the lights and their installation from mechanical damage.
The rack is covered with an epoxy primer applied in powder coating technique and a structural paint in graphite color, with some elements in Inox color.
- To mount the rack, holes need to be made in the vehicle's roof (inside the roof gutters) and the platform mounting secured using rivet nuts (included in the set).
