    Duroflex Bushing 2.63D x 2.62L x 0.57ID (MetalCloak) – fits 2 5/8" housing and 9/16" bolt

The MetalCloak Duroflex Bushing is an elastomer insert for Duroflex joints, built to deliver a smoother ride while keeping the articulation needed for serious suspension movement. This version fits a 2 5/8" joint housing, measures 2 5/8" wide, and uses a 9/16" bolt hole.

The vulcanized elastomer is reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber and is intended for control arms / suspension links where vibration isolation, self-centering behavior, and high misalignment matter—without the “bind” often associated with many flex-joint designs.

    Key benefits

    • Strong vibration isolation and improved ride quality thanks to elastomer compliance instead of metal-on-metal contact.
    • Self-centering behavior for more stable tracking and a more OEM-like feel.
    • High misalignment capability and free rotational movement to help avoid suspension bind.
    • Designed to reduce long-term wear by limiting micro-wear common to many flex joints.
    • Low maintenance and serviceable design (cleaning and re-greasing).
    • DuPont™ Kevlar®-reinforced elastomer compound aimed at durability in off-road conditions.
