MetalCloak RockSport Black 2.5 – adjustable front reservoir shocks for the INEOS Grenadier
The MetalCloak RockSport Black 2.5 is a pair of front long-travel remote-reservoir shocks developed specifically for the INEOS Grenadier. Each shock combines a 2.5-inch aluminum body, an oversized 7/8-inch shaft and 8-position external compression adjustment.

8-position compression adjustment

Remote-reservoir construction
The 2.5-inch aluminum body uses a 3/16-inch wall. Its remote reservoir is connected through a stainless-steel braided, synthetic-lined hydraulic hose with a stated working-pressure rating of 3,000 psi.
The piston has nine fluid ports – six for compression and three for rebound – and uses a Mil-Spec Type III Clear HARD Anodize finish. A triple-seal pack helps isolate the shock oil from contamination, while the removable Bump Cap provides access to the seal assembly for servicing.
INEOS Grenadier fitment
MetalCloak lists compatibility with the 2022–Current INEOS Grenadier and describes the application as a direct fit using model-specific mounting hardware. Because these are large-body 2.5-inch shocks, full suspension travel and clearance should still be checked. Depending on the vehicle setup, bump-stop configuration, wheel backspacing and brake-component clearance may need to be considered.

Installation
MetalCloak lists the installation as requiring no body modification and estimates 1–2 hours. The complete suspension configuration and available clearances should nevertheless be verified before installation, particularly at full compression and full droop.
Manufacturer warranty
MetalCloak's current warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year for the original purchaser. Shocks are also treated as wear components, so normal damping deterioration, wear and damage caused by impact or abuse are excluded from defect coverage.
